Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows and may vary depending on location and external factors such as customs or carrier delays.

Australia: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD. Shipping costs for orders under this amount will be calculated at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us for assistance. Matchday Bibs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout or delays outside our control.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
